Translucent: letting
light through diffusely, allowing light to
pass through, but only diffusely, so that objects on the other side cannot be
clearly distinguished. Translucent acrylic sheet can not be seen through,
it is a solid color, light comes through the sheet but you can not see through
the sheet.
